Telegraph Hill is a family business.  It started its humble beginnings in the home kitchen making table olives. Since 2001 Telegraph Hill has been producing award winning olives, olive oil and hand crafting innovative condiments, sauces and drizzles.

Lemon & Herb Olives:  light, with a fresh taste. Great on an antipasto platter, with salads and chicken dishes. Core Ingredient Flavours: Olive, lemon, herbs.

Burnt Orange & Fennel Olives: warm, toasty citrus flavours spiced with fennel & dressed in extra virgin olive oil. Drunken Prunes: in a red wine marinade. Simply serve as a dessert with ice cream, add to a cheese platter or a delicious additive to a winter risotto. Core Ingredient Flavours: Prunes, red wine.

Manuka Smoked Semi-dried Tomatoes: Use on gourmet pizzas, salads, platters, pasta dishes and is great in stuffed chicken breasts. Core Ingredient Flavours: Tomatoes, herbs.

Marinated Figs: sweet caramel and citrus. Very simply - think sweet (on ice cream) or savoury (platters with cheese or prosciutto). Core Ingredient Flavours: Figs, balsamic, orange.
